At The Nutrient Gap, we are committed to supporting small food and drink businesses because we know what it’s like to be a small fish in a very big food ocean and to need a bit of help when you’re starting out.

If you have been in business for less than 3 years or have a turnover of less than £120k, we have a special Small Business Support Package for you.

This is designed to give you a quick response when you come up against a label or legislation challenge and need support. Sometimes it’s just the chance to call somebody and be reassured that you’re on the right track. Sometimes it’s to get advice when you suddenly realise you’re not quite as ‘shelf-ready’ as you thought you were.

For a one off cost you’ll get:

• 2.5  hours of advice (broken down into 15-minute chunks)

Plus we’ll throw in one of the below services for a single product.

• · Label/Artwork Check
• · Pack Copy Review
• · Nutritional data analysis and ingredient profiling

This is a great way of being prepared for those OMG moments when you don’t know where to turn and you don’t have time to call five different businesses trying to find one that can put things straight for you. 

You’ll have 150 minutes ‘on the clock’ and each time you want to ask a question or raise a query, send us an email and we’ll get back to you within 2 working days. The time we spend researching your question and writing back to you will be taken off your balance and we’ll let you know how long you still have available. 

You then buy credits to top up your advice service retainer in £200 chunks as and when you need it. Project work will be quoted as extra.

Our Annual Advice Subscription Support Package will help our clients, food producers and food manufacturers to better budget for those OMG moments, when you don't know where to turn and you don't have time to call five different businesses trying to find one that can advise you. 😩

Pay once and then know that you can call, mail or zoom using your prepaid hours.
We'll be there when you've got a quick question that needs answering. Pay your subscription at the start of the 12 month period, knowing you can call when you need us for up to 1 hour per quarter.
