Our Flexible Support Packages will help you to better budget for those OMG moments, when you don't know where to turn and you don't have time to call five different businesses trying to find one that can advise you.   

It also means you can spread the cost of your food label compliance support across your project timeline, adding what you need as you go. 

Pay once and then know that you can call, mail or zoom using your prepaid hours.
We'll be there when you've got a quick question that needs answering. Choose the package that best suits you and your project,  knowing you can call when you need us.

We have various packages starting from £340 for 4 hours up to 60 hours

We have the usual highly complicated Terms and Conditions full of legalese but we thought it might be more helpful to spell out the basics of the plan.

• The retainer is valid for up to 1 year from the date you sign the contract. 
• Payment is due when you sign the contract. 
• This time can be used for advice, project work and support by email.
• Each time you submit a request for support, we’ll get back to you and agree a time frame* 

               *Advice is usually within 2 working days – often quicker

               *Project work is usually between 3-7 days depending on the type of project

• When we are actively doing work for you, we send a weekly report via an app called ‘Toggl’ which tells you what we’ve worked on, and how much time has been used.
• When you have used 75% of your agreed spend, we will contact you to agree your priorities and advise on extra credit
• If you require more zoom/telephone time than the package allows, this can be taken from  the project/advice minutes or you can purchase extra call/zoom time by booking in through our website.
